Title	Records of Forsbrook Parish Council
Administrative History	Civil parish formed from part of Dilhorne civil parish, and parish council established in 1896. Boundary changes in 1934 and 1965 resulted in gains of territory form Caverswall civil parish and the City of Stoke on Trent.

Description	Includes minutes, 1894-2006, financial records and accounts, 1936-2003. There are also transcripts of Forsbrook Civil Parish burial ground registers from 1903, both in hard copy and in Computer CD format. [The original registers are retained by the Parish Council] [Note: Unlisted accession D5899 contains minutes, 1975-1990, accounts, 1980-1992, register of mortgages, 1928, cemetery records, correspondence, plans, and other items.]
