Includes the retailer, the wholesaler and the address of these. It then lists the grade of milk used.

This then lists the bacterial count found in each sample with the results of a "methylene blue test" and whether the tuberculosis examination was negative.

This also lists some remarks such as whether the milk was cooled or not.

Letter: 12/03/1974: To Dr. J. Scully, from Keith Prowse (Consultant Physician) regards a register of cases of tuberculosis. Also mentions who to remove from the register for various reasons.

Register of cases of tuberculosis: 26/01/1971 - 01/11/1973: Lists patients details such as age and address, and the location of the disease.

Directions for the bacteriological control of food processing equipment.

Report on specimens of Sputum submitted for examination for Acid-fast Bacilli: 17/01/1965

Letter: 20/03/1974: To unknown, from H. H. John, regards registration of under the Nurseries and Child Minders regulation Act.

Letter: 20/03/1974: To Dr. J. Scully, from V. Lovatt, deals with consideration of foster parents.
