Note: Original registers destroyed by fire during the Chartist Riots, 1842. 1744-1747 (baptisms and burials) preserved at Stoke on Trent City Archives. 1743-1746 (baptisms and burials) and 1748 (baptisms) in Stoke on Trent printed parish registers. The bishops transcripts do not contain all baptismal entries noted in the BMSHG printed version.
