An address made to Henry Doulton Esq. by the ladies ('10 years have elapsed since the introduction of female employment into the Lambeth Art Pottery'). Names listed of the 229 lady artists under the department/section they worked in. Appendices including: list of artists now connected with Lambeth Art Pottery, year increase in number of lady artists and assistants in Lambeth Art Pottery (1871-1881), list of awards obtained for Lambeth Art Pottery, list of distinguished persons who have shown special interest in the progree of the work, and have visited the studios and showrooms (includes royalty, The Duke of Sutherland etc.; the Archbishop of Canterbury; politicians; H.S. Marks, Esq., R.A.; G. H. Lewes, Esq. and Mrs. Lewes (George Eliot); John Ruskin, Esq. and many more.
