William Morley at the instance of Sampson Erdeswick with the said Sampson and John Weston by obligation 19 Feb. 1602 is bound in the penalty of £200 with condition for the payment of £102 10s on 21 May next at the chamber of John Heale serjeant at law. If Sampson Erdeswick pays £102 10s this present obligation is void. |
