The income was to be dispersed annually to poor indigent housekeepers or other inhabitents of Stanley, but not beggars or those in receipt of poor relief, and also putting out poor children to apprenticeship.
The charity was dissolved (before 2018) due to difficulties finding suitable recipients in Stanley, and the funds were dispersed to other local charities. |
