DescriptionAntigua, acknowledges his Lordship's letter of 1 Dec previous, signifying the King's pleasure that he should repair to the Island of St Vincent to enquire into the health and situation of His Majesty's troops stationed there, his embarkation for that Island (several times arranged) has been prevented by the illness of Mrs Morris, but hopes to start in a few days in a Government sloop, owing to fever he is unable to embark in the little coaster which sails for St Vincent that night
