Description	The arrival of the New York mail, riots have occurred in New Hampshire, and Governor Tryon requests troops from the Commander-in-Chief, Mr Pownall hopes Lord Dartmouth will not countenance such an extravagance "in a case where perhaps it will be found that these rioters will be able to show that they have been treated with the greatest injustice and oppression"
