Endorsed : - Copy letter to Lord Archibald Hamilton, Governor of Jamaica, directing him not to send over any persons as prisoners without transmitting at the same time full proof of their guilt. Dated; 27 Aug 1712 A memorandum on the same subject follows. These three papers are in a wrapper marked "Precedent in regard to persons sent over prisoners from the Plans."
