Description	Mainly concern disputes between the proprietors of the Birmingham Canal Navigation and Charles Colmore (see also /12/5 below). The only other subject discussed at any length is the death of Sir Lester Holte (a relative of the Earl) of Aston by Birmingham, and the distribution of his estate.
